There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which is a duplex or split-level bedroom. Both bedrooms contain two double beds. In addition, the duplex bedroom has two single contingency beds.

On the first floor is a mezzanine that provides access to a third bedroom with a small balcony and a king-size double bed (180cm x 200cm).

This bedroom leads to a second large terrace that looks onto the sea and overlooks the swimming-pool.

The terrace is appointed with lounge furniture and a canopy bed equipped with mosquito-nets – ideal for an afternoon siesta with gently breaking waves as the only sound.

Four bathrooms with shower and toilet/wc adjoin the lounge and each of the three bedrooms.

All three bedrooms have air-conditioning. The system is quiet and can be regulated and programmed.

The house is equipped with solar-powered lighting.
